A balanced example of Shiraz. Expressing black cherry and clove flavours; combining with French oak to produce a spicy mid palate and a pleasant, rich lingering finish.




Expressing fruit derived melon and peach flavours early; maturing with a characteristically pleasing honey and coconut influence.This wine is smooth with a round mid palate and clean finish




A balanced example of Merlot. Expressing distinct spicy plum flavours combining well with tight vanilla oak tannins to produce a full mid palate with a warm finish.




The Shiraz offering black cherry and spice and the Viognier offering aromatic apricot and honey. A light influence of French and American oak completes this wine, with a big fruit mid palate and a rich persistent finish.



Expressing aromatic green apple and honey fruit influences. This wine is zesty, with a refined mid palate and lively spritz for a refreshing finish.
